- Able to audit and analyze asset/inventory capacity

- Strong Deign Vision, Sketch Drawing and Conceptual Thinking

6. Estimator (EST-K)
- D3, experience in budgeting and controlling of Capex with min 2 years from QS firm is a plus
- Excellent in making Bill of Quantity, read working Drawing and AutoCAD
- Male, S1 Architect/Civil/Engineer with min. 4 years experience in interior Contracting Company
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft (MS Office-Project
- Able to work with minimum supervisor, tight schedule and longer hours
- S1, min. 2 years experience in property consultant, survey and research company
- Familiar with GIS, market mapping process, analysis of statistical data, market potential opportunity and trends, making reports and presentation.
- S1, min. 2 years experience in marketing/leasing/tenant relation/mall management
- Si in Law, min. 2 years experience in property, general affair, legal consultant or Notary & Familiar in processing business licences/permits
- S1, min. 3 years experience as Real Estate Officer at F&B Business, property agent or consultant
- Have an excellent negotiation and analytical skill, property knowledge, have good relation with property owners
- Familiar with business licenses and permit process
- Female, min. D3 Secretary or Management with 2 years working experience
- Age 24-32 years old, min GPA (IP) of 2.7 & graduate from reputable university
- Fluent in English is a plus
- Computer Literates (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
