1. Kitchen Equipment Supervisor (KES-K)

• Male, S1 Mechanical Engineering & Refrigeration with min.3 years experience in daily repair works
• Candidates with Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Maintenance experience is a plus

2. Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor (MES-K)

• Male, S1 Mechanical & Electrical with min. 3 years experience in daily repair works, experience in Air-Conditioning & Electrical works is a plus

3. Asset Officer (AO-K)

• D3, min. 2 years experience in the inventory control department
• Able to audit and analyze asset/inventory capacity
• Experience with MS Office & SAP, knowledge of Asset Management is a plus

4. Architect (ARC-K)

• S1 Architecture with min 2 years experience in Architecture and Design Firm
• Strong Deign Vision, Sketch Drawing and Conceptual Thinking
• Excellent in Graphic Processing (eg. Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketch up)
• Candidates with Retail/F&B Design background is a plus

5. Drafter (DRF-K)

• Male, Senior High School/Academy D1 with min 3 years experience in drafting and Design Works (AutoCAD, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Sketch up)

6. Estimator (EST-K)

• D3, experience in budgeting and controlling of Capex with min 2 years from QS firm is a plus
• Excellent in making Bill of Quantity, read working Drawing and AutoCAD

7. Project Leader (PL-K)

• Male, S1 Architect/Civil/Engineer with min. 4 years experience in interior Contracting Company
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft (MS Office-Project
• Able to work with minimum supervisor, tight schedule and longer hours

8. Market Planning Officer (MPO-K)

• S1, min. 2 years experience in property consultant, survey and research company
• Familiar with GIS, market mapping process, analysis of statistical data, market potential opportunity and trends, making reports and presentation.

9. Building Relations Officer (BRO-K)

• S1, min. 2 years experience in marketing/leasing/tenant relation/mall management

10. Legal & Permit Officer (LPO-K)

• Si in Law, min. 2 years experience in property, general affair, legal consultant or Notary & Familiar in processing business licences/permits

11. Real Estate Officer (REO-K)

• S1, min. 3 years experience as Real Estate Officer at F&B Business, property agent or consultant
• Have an excellent negotiation and analytical skill, property knowledge, have good relation with property owners
• Familiar with business licenses and permit process

12. Admin Support (Admin-K)

• Female, min. D3 Secretary or Management with 2 years working experience

General Requirements:

• Age 24-32 years old, min GPA (IP) of 2.7 & graduate from reputable university
• Fluent in English is a plus
• Computer Literates (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
