We are leading Internasonal Loss Adjusting practice who has a vacancy for an experienced Credit Controller. In Particular we are looking for:

1. Experienced Credit Controller with key responsibilities Collection of monthly portfolio of outstanding debt, monitoring accounts, update monthly AR listing, maintain client contact details, aged debt reporting and cash collection, produce and send monthly clients debt report.
2. He/She has also adhoc duties to monitor, review and improve collection processes and procedures, sharing best practices ; develop and maintain relationship with key individuals and major clients.

For the position he/she must fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English both oral written.

Main Responsibilities:

• To ensure all accounting processes especially in AP are well followed and accurately recorded.
• To conduct regular reconciliation and account analysis on all AP accounts, and follow up the solution
• To enhance and improve control over AP accounting transactions in line with high compliance requirement.
• To support daily and month end closing accounting activities

Requirements:

• Posses Bachelor degree in accounting from reputable university
• At least 1 year experience as Chief Accounting or 3 years experience in accounting
• Familiar with multinational company environment
• Good in communication and Negotiation skill
• Proficient in English
• Computer literacy, incl experience with SAP program
