Qualification:

2. Technical Manager to oversee testing and trials with independent research institutions and with client

Qualification:

• At least 5 years experience in Senior Technical level
• Have a strong background knowledge with tree-crop or food-crop

3. Field Assistant to assist Technical Manager in the daily operation of the testing & trials

Qualification:

• At least S1 in Agronomy or biologist or soil fertility
• Having some experience in the agriculture industry is a plus

Additional requirement for personal 1-3

a. Willing travel outside Java

b. Able to make plan and execute plan as a team and for the team

4. Human Resources Manager to keep track of team's schedule and their performance

Qualification:

• At least 5 years experience in Managerial position
• S1 in psychology or technical qualification

5. Accounting Supervisor to communicate with supplier on purchase requirement and to perform book-keeping

Qualification:

• At least 2 years experience in the field of plantation is a plus
• S1 in economic accounting

6. Office Administrator to manage document flow and keeping track of them so as customers, supplier and staff are update accordingly

Qualification:

• D3 in economic accounting or secretary
• Familiar with MS Office applications and Adobe Photoshop
