General pre-requisite
Minimum university degree majoring in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, Economics, HRM, Psychology, Engineering and Law from reputable overseas, or local universities, with minimum GPA of 3.00 or credit/Distinction grades. For senior staff level a minimum of three (3) years experience, for Manager level a minimum of five (5) years experience and for Senior Manager level a minimum of eight (8) years experience.
A high degree of competence in both spoken and written English is mandatory. Qualified candidates should have strong analytical skills and a capacity for critical thingking, proven experience in developing reports, leading projects and managing teams. Another key quality is the ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet established goals and objectives within the specified deadline, while maintaining quality at all times. Candidates should also have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels.
