We are seeking high calibre candidates for the following position based in Martabe Gold Mine Project, in Batangtoru, Tapanuli Selatan.

MINE ENGINEERING MANAGER

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Mining Engineer Manager will lead and direct the Company's Mine Engineer function to achieve strategic, business goals, within time, cost, quality and safety parameters, contribute to the corporate creed/vision, facilitate business improvements as well as satisfy stakeholders, needs especially on the Mining Operation Phase.

The successful candidate will possess the following key criteria:

1. Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Mining Engineering.
2. Minimum of 10-15 years experience in mine engineering, with strong backround in open pit mine development, planning and operations.
3. Computer literate ( MS Office ) and solid background in mining planning software such as Xpac, Xact, Vulcan, Micromine, Whittle, or Mine 2-4D including experience in advanced strategic mine planing and secheduling.
4. Experience in project financial evaluation, cost modeling, scooping, trade off and feasibility studies.
5. High performing leadership and having strong report writing skills
6. Knowledge of relevant safety and health standards (OHS Act Knowledge of Mine Health & SafetyAct)
