We are leading commercial landlord in the Jakarta CBD and have an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to fill the following position on the World Trade Center II Project team:Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Senior MEP Manager
- Review design drawings & technical specifications and provide value added input
- Evaluate tender/contractor submission & provide recommendations to management
- Review of shop drawings, RFI & material approval submissions
- Identify variation works and submit accurate cost implications
- Oversee the Resident Engineer, contractors quality of work, quality acceptance and ensure works are carried out in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications in a timely manner
- Work with other disciplines and carry out necessary coordination
Requirements :
- Male/Female minimum 40 years old
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Computer literacy is a must
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years relevant experience in project development with good design and construction knowledge in LV, MV and electronics
- At least 8 years of experience in M&E Consultancy with the remaining years working for Construction Management Team or Developer implementing Construction Projects
- Team player with strong initiative, planning and leadership skills
