UNITED NATIONS HIGH COMMISSIONER FOR REFUGEES REPRESENTATION IN INDONESIA, Senior Durable Solutions Asistant, Secretary, Clerk

Requires the following position:

1. Senior Durable Solutions Assistant (GL-5) - 2 positions

Vacancy No. 11/INSJA/001

The incumbent provides assistance in the process and procedures for the durable solutions option s for refugees and other person of concern, which includes frequent contacts with external parties, such as the authorities, embassies, NGOs and/or implementing partners, etc.

Education and experience: University degree in Law, International Law, Political Science, or related field, with minimum 0f 2 years relevant training experience.

2. Secretary (GL-4)

The incumbent provides secretarial duties in the protection unit, assist in making travel arrangements, maintains and updates general office and confidential files, and conducts frequent contacts with external parties.

Education and experience: Diploma in secreatrial work, office management or related fields, with minimum of 2 years relevant training and experience.

3. Clerk (GL-3)

Vacancy No.11/INSJA/003

The incumbent provides clerical and secretarial duties in the Human Resources section, deals with general admin and HR confidential files, and coducts frequent contacts with variety of external parties.

Education and experience: Diploma in secretarial work, office management, or related field, with minimum of 2 years relevant training experience

Languanges: Excellent knowledge of English and Indonesian (written and spoken), Knowledge of other UN language is an added asset.

Desirable Skills: Experience of working in a multi-cultural environtment or UN work; excellent writing and communication skills; proficiency in the use of Microsoft Windows applications and internet literacy.
